7.3.13.4 Virtual switch settings: ID 15 also seems to relate to this.
otherwise, I would suggest configuring "ignore AC in" as on read the ram variable [15], sett it to off and read the ram again: it possibly only uses 1 bit of the 16 to determine the state. or it may be that any non zero item is "on".
