The display on VRM portal is missing the Dashboard wierdly all of a sudden. Other sites I have access to work normally showing Dashboard. Avatar also has disappeared .

This is resolved, apologies for this bug.
No problems indicated on Rmeote console 
Same applies Here. No more Live-Data. Remote Desktop over VRM works.
I have 3 of my 20 odd sites that I monitor with this problem - and strangely all 3 have DIY batteries using dbus serial driver. I have now disabled the driver but dashboard still does not appear

same here, disappeared late afternoon.
Same here, no dashboard just getting an installation consumption data window.
Thanks for reporting, I will forward it on to the VRM team, I expect a quick resolution.
Problem is now fixed thanks Guy. Is there an official channel to contact Victron when something like this happens again ?
This is as good as any if you don’t have direct contact with a Victron Sales Manager. I have a direct line to the VRM team, if it’s a real emergency you can use the
@Guy Stewart (Victron Community Manager) mention and I am more likely to see it more quickly.
