L1 Negative AC input split phase Multiplus II System

img-3611.pngimg-3610.pngNewly installed dual 48v/3k Multiplus II system for US split phase service. I am seeing a constant 500w draw on the battery and negative AC inout on L1 with matching positive input on L2. Not sure how to correct this?
