Logging into the app will show the Volts but will only momentarily show the other parameters (amps ect) then zeros. Have checked install and seems per instructions, 4 days and no reply from dealer. Suggestions?

If everything is working, apart from the current reading, probably a faulty unit. Dealer/warranty claim.
Is there in fact any current flowing? If there's no discharging or charging happening, then there wouldn't be a current reading.
