battery charge reducing

My CGGX control shows battery charge reducing even when the sun is provding charge through the pv cells. Appreciate any help on why is that.

Batteries fully charged? Controller gone to float maybe.

@rodney in my case the batteries never reaches 100% event if there is the sun
