I’m completely at a loss , I removed a Quattro 15000 due to as warranty issue and installed a Quattro 10000 - the system is single phase with freedom won 20/16 battery , I’m using the internal Quattro as the Energy meter ,
When I set the system to use the FreedomWon BMS to control the ESS the Values of the Battery, AC loads and Quattro do not correspond
For example we have an outage in the middle of the night the system will show the battery as fully charged and Charging , there is obviously no PV or utility power but it still shows as charging

There always seems to be around 600 - 700 watts difference
If I change the controlling BMS to the Quattro in the ESS it functions correctly and the Numbers correlate but i obviously need to use the Freedom won BMS
I’m at a loss , my system worked perfectly for 18 months , I simply changed the 15 to 10
I have tried updating all firmware , I have checked all cables etc - I have tried several Installer but know one can seem to help me , I have just received my 15000 back from Victron after 6 months in a Warranty Process - I might try refit it and see if this new 10000 is maybe faulty
