Running the battery on the car engine we are able to fill up the batteries but on solar it is doing nothing
@Guus van Veen you should look at the fuse / breaker between the mppt and battery, as a min battery voltage of 0.01v would suggest a disconnected battery.
Update: most likely the charger doesn't charge because it misreads the battery charge. This is caused by the fact the current isn't flowing probably between charger out put and batteries. caused by to much resistance in the cable or fuse or connection, causing the voltage to be high on the charger output's while being low on the battery side.
