The Company BlueSky Energy went bankrupt. The Admin is not further available. The customer / owner of the Victron Multiplus II, MPPT and Venus BBE wants to use the system in a new set-up with LFP-Batteries. Rother to through the BBE in the bin, we like to register it with the customer How can we get it released or registered with the customers account?
This thread has the procedure to be followed to force an administrator change on a VRM installation; it can be a bit of a pain, but due to the security considerations involved it's certainly a good thing that it's not easier.
EDITED TO ADD: I don't think that thread mentions that you will need to send your distributor a clear photo of the actual VRM ID sticker on the GX device, along with proof of ownership, for the distributor to forward to the VRM management team - the VRM ID alone is not enough, at least by my understanding.
