Easysolar-II GX device showing inverter is off

Hi,

I recently installed an Easysolar-II 3000, when I tried to commission the system I found that the GX device not communication correctly with its Multi-II.

I can confirm that the Multi is on and works properly but as you can see on this pictures the GX shows no load on the system and on top of that shows that the inverter is off.

Please let me know your thoughts,

Open the cover of the EasySolar and check the internal VE.Bus connection to the GX module.

I did, GX device not communicating through VE.Bus. I've checked that.
