Hello,
Multiple questions have been asked on this and other forums about fuses and they all conclude that fuses are needed on positive terminals and are redundant on negative terminals though they have no adverse effects. Victron's Wiring Unlimited clearly states on page 32 that "The fuse is placed in the positive cable". So why does this BYD example have a fuse between the negative busbars and the negative battery pole? (https://www.victronenergy.com/live/_media/battery_compatibility:byd-example-diagram-2018-07-21.png)? I notice that other negative points have no fuses.
