who cancel a potentially existing VRM ID. We didnt get any acces by typng the Cerbo GX ID- system says -wait for an admins answer- but no admin still exists

Is it new? Is it used?
Maybe your seller already registered it?
What GX device is it?
Did you use the ID from the sicker or from the menu(settings -> VRM Portal -> VRM ID)?
A while ago there was a batch of GX devices where some got the same ID in that case you can't use the ID printed on the sticker.
i put the id from the sticker
where can i get another id ?
