MPPT Network

Add MPPT 150/35 to MPPT network.

when I use Android Victron Connect, can setup 150/35 but not network link.


Just add extra 6x PV panels to my off grid system on 150/35,

So now have 4x MPPT, 2x 250/85 + 150/80 + 150/35, with CCGX + Quatro.

3x USB CAN.ve dnongles, 2x bluetooth dongles here, & BMV702.

all link to nicely to CCGX, but 150/35 won't network.

Most flexible plug Bluetooh Smart dongle to CCGX, then use built-in bluetooth on 3x MPPT.

Add bluetooth dongle to 150/35.

use Android app to setup 150/35 network.

Dont mix the BT smart network and the CCGX. It is the smart network manual.

The BT smart dongle to CCGX does not add BT to the GX for smart network. The GX is designed to use ve direct to ve direct/usb hard wired connection for mppts. Or CAN.

My mppt 150/35 is bluesolar rev2 device.

Does not support ve.smart networking, although ccgx say it's in standalone mode! Can't be changed.

How will 4x mppt unit sync?

So bmv 702 my never see min current & reset calibration. Could turn off 150/35 & loose watts.

Or replace 150/35 'smart solar' version.

150/35 well suited to my 1.5kW PV & 48v battery.
