“Function not available” when resetting pin

Smart Battery Protect is not resetting PIN with PUK.


Purchased used, phone has never been connected before. I’m getting “function not available, check the product manual for an alternative way to reset the PIN code” but the linked manual doesn’t contain any instructions for the smart battery protect.


Triple checked I’m entering the right PUK!
