so i recently purchased a blue smart 12 volt 30 amp charger and first time using to charge a lithium 12 volt battery for about i don't know like 15-20 minutes ate 30 amps the unit got quote hot and i never did hear any fan noise coming from it so few days later now tonight removed the end plate and noticed a hole where a fan is supposed to go and no actual fan, do i have to return it cause missing this? or can i just go to a local computer /electronic repair shop and have one installed?
