Bmv 712 #2 charger

I have a rv with a backup progressive charger wired direct to battery. Do I leave it there when installing 721 or connect it somewhere else ?bmv charger

You should relocate the negative cable to the 'load & charger' side of the shunt so that the charge current from the charger can be measured and considered by the BMV.
