Surge protection for Victron Multiplus 48V/5000/70 in place with very bad Grid power

I live in a very small town in Papua New Guinea and our grid here is very prone to huge fluctuations in our 240 Volt supply. There are frequent brownouts and blackouts. Voltage can fluctuate between 100V and 300V!!

My Multiplus will be connected to a 15.4KWH BYD LVL battery with an Ekrano GX and a BYD BMS.

My electrician has recommended that I install:

1. Install over/under voltage relay for Victron Multiplus

2. Install type 3 AC surge arrestor

3. Install dc arrestor

Could anyone please suggest what surge protectors I should install?

DEHN make a good series, known as Dehnguard. Not sure where you would get them from.
