When charging on my lifepo4 bank with the multiplus 12/1600/70 I only get around 25amp out. It peaks at 70 a few seconds in the beginning of the charging. Then down to a much lower input.
Can't thr multiplus deliver 70amp continuously?
Are there any settings I have done wrong?

What is the battery voltage? The Multi will start reducing the current if the voltage (at the terminals of the Multi) hits the absorption voltage.
Maybe the battery is almost full?
Looks like this. Not nearly full charged
At 3.4V per cell it isn't exactly empty either, that is moving towards a higher state of charge, so that may be all the battery wants.
This is also something affected by temperature.
Might be restricted by the AC input current limit in the Multiplus as well. Especially if there's and AC load at the same time as you're charging.
It's restricted at 16amps. It seems to start charging at a high current. And during the charging the current drops
I have found on my multiplus compact 12/1600 the length of extension cable used affects the charging rate from grid. Can change whether we hook up with the 25m 3 core 2.5mm² or the 10m 3 core 4mm²
So how big and long is the input cable?
