Hello folks-
We're running a Quattro 5K/120V with two Simpliphi 24v batteries. The battery voltage reported through the shunt is 26.4 volts,which according to Simpliphi docs is considered 100% SOC.
The issue we have is the BMV 712 is reporting a SOC of approx 55%. When we fired up the system battery voltages were 27.6 V and the 712 was reporting 100% SOC. Any thoughts on why the large discrepancy?
