Is Skylla-IP65 ignition protected? I need to place one in my engine compartment and since I run gasoline I want to be sure it is safe.
Thanks

I don't think so. Whilst there are no relays inside, there are HOT surfaces, and the unit is fan ventilated. I would find somewhere else (cooler and no petrol vapour) for this charger.
So I emailed the Victron energy directly and someone from the European manufacturing group emailed me back and said it was ignition protected. However, when I asked for documentation they told me to contact my distributor, I emailed one place but they haven’t emailed me back. Does anyone have a distributor I can contact? Phone number would be preferred.
