I have an odd issue and honestly I haven't encountered this before which is the load on my client site has dropped two days in a row at 20:00 (in the same hour).
Could you please suggest what should be this problem?

I haven't seen this either, so just guessing..
That the data hasn't been collected suggests the GX may have been powered down. And whatever is supplying that SOC may have been too, as it's just resumed at the same value.
Do the Event Logs in VRM show anything of interest?
Got similar issue,most days my mppt disappears from the VRM even though the mppt is working and battery voltage rising!……then reappears by itsel!…missing solar production highlighted!
Victron have looked into it,but said no else has this issue!
