Victron Connect/SmartLithuim only shows Ready for use and not remaining time

In Victron Connect our moblie home dealer could show the remaining time of the SmartLithuim battery. By us it only shows Ready for use and not remaining time

The Victron Smart Lithium batteries don't show remaining time.
I guess there is also a SmartShunt or BMV-712 in the system and that will show you the remaining time.
