Can the AC Out 1 on a MultiPlus3K 120 handle 2 separate 120V Circuit Breaker Panels.

Can I wire separate 120V circuit breaker panels off of the one AC Out 1 terminals? I'm guessing this would be considered a sub panel question?

Yes, but stay within load parameters. If necessary put a single MCB between the multi and the panels.
