When battery and PV is sufficient for loads it feeds power to grid even though it is disabled in ESS. Please see pics and video attached. Please help as client has to pay for any feeding back to grid

List all the components of your system and how they are connected.
The feed in happens for long durations or those are just spikes, for instance when you turn off a large load?
You could increase the Grid setpoint to 50W or more. At least for testing.
They are spikes, but this site are unusually big, up to 30kw feedin a month. my other sites are generally less then 2kw per month to compensate for spikes. I increased grid setpoint to 100, no difference. on a constant load, still feedback even when there is no spikes.
