I have a 120v Single Phase Inverter input for step-up to 240v where output on L1 & L2 should both be 120v but instead I get 180v on L1 and 60v on L2. I have tried reversing the input line from L1 to L2 and that only reverses the output L1=60v and L2=180v. The neutral goes to the distribution panel. I have tried everything and have opened a support request also on the chance the AT is defective. I have included a photo showing the current wiring. I don't know if there's a jumper perhaps on something else I'm missing.
