VRM share embeded not working

i am trying add the installation on our website, but is not working, get this error: You are not allowed to view this page as a shared user!

i am doing something wrong? the website that i am trying to embed is: www.sgsolar.rovrm-embeded.png

Thanks for the report, apologies I missed it the first time you posted it.

I have asked the VRM team to have a look.

Thanks for the report, the developers have just deployed a fix for this and it should now be resolved.

looks like VRM api is throwing http 500 errors. Something went wrong with the new release/fix by any chance, or pure coincidence? :-)

/edit: ~15 minutes later everything was fine again over here

check directly on my page, something with the Realtime and mqtt, is not working

Realtime and MQTT is not supported for embedded shared site views
