The following sub-system might be given:
Charger (might be a VICTRON CENTAUR 12/30) + 2x12v Batteries in series. The batteries should be charged if there is sun. For this reason, I can swich the charging wire ON/OFF with two relays via a Shelly 3em or something similar.
In short: If there is enough Sun, the batteries should be charged, otherways not.

Question:
Is there a problem for charger or batteries (LiFePo4), interrupting the charging process multiple times per day, when sun and clouds are changing?
Is there any other aspect to take into account?
