Re-Bulk Voltage Offset should remain active

I have a SmartSolar MPPT 75/15, I have the problem that the re-bulk voltage offset is only valid for one day. And the battery is therefore, the next day, again charged in bulk mode.

Why is this circumstance, actually not in the manual?
