There is a Garmin app (or widget) in the IQ store that somebody is building in his spare time it looks like. It doesn't yet work on my watch, but it's a solid idea that is probably not that difficult to do. I thought maybe someone from Victron could lend a hand, or maybe a community member with the skills to pull that off.
