Hello, I recently had to replace a PV inverter and the new inverter has been picked up in the scan but how do I remove the old PV inverter "Back Array"? See image below.
Also, not only at this site but at a number of other sites as well, a strange "yyyy" inverter is also listed. Where does this come from? I want to delete this as well.

I am pretty sure that if you physically disconnect them from whatever bus they wer/are on and then redetect the system they will drop off. It will not do any harm to try at least,
Thank you Alistair but the highlighted inverter has been off the system for more than 2 months (replaced by new inverter) and still unable to remove the entry.
i have the same behaviour doesn't matter with cerbo firmware version
In VRM the are all deleted and not seen
Have the same problem: added a kaco blueplanet to test if victron finally implemented sunspec reasonably. (seems they didnt). Now the Kaco serialnumber is shown in the PV Inverter list.
(had to add the ip adress manually, inverter shows up in the inverterlist, but never on the main menu devices list and not on the main screen)
I have this same issue, with the dummy "yyyy" Inverter that not exist..

Update to 3.14 solved the issue.
And sunspec is supported much better with this version.
As of July, 2024 still not resolved I would say, under GX version 3.33. Under disconnected devices in GX, there is nothing to remove. All disconnected devices in VRM are removed. Forced PV inverter redetection. Updated from 3.31 to 3.33 while all devices disconnected. Moreover, the only one connected inverter (Fronius) that is actually detected is not showing production (in VRM and in console). The same thing happens on another site with Solaredge. Customer is upset, that he can’t see production :-/

Not showing correct data from Fronius AC PV sounds like SunSpec hasn't been enabled on the PV Inverter side - https://www.victronenergy.com/live/ac_coupling:fronius#q6_what_do_i_do_if_my_fronius_pv-inverter_is_detected_as_unknown_pv-inverter_or_multiphase_or_cannot_be_configured_as_3-phase
This feature is on our to-do list for GUI V2. However, the release of the new GUI will take priority. We will add this feature afterward.
Thanks @Lucian Popescu (Victron Energy Staff) but I am not sure what you mean by this feature being on the to-do list. Is the feature the ability to remove inverters that do not exist? Why not rather fix the problem so that the inverters that do not exist do not show on the list?
