Hello everyone. I am trying to redesign the wiring diagram on my yacht. The attached image shows the current wiring diagram and the new one I want to implement. I'm not a specialist and I don't know what I'm doing. May I ask your help with design of new wiring diagram or at least to comment my one? Even on commercial basis. I would be sincerely grateful for any comments and additions. I also have open questions:
1. Are manual switches needed and where?
2. Victron has a battery protector and a battery monitor. Should they be included as well? I don’t quite understand how to integrate them into the current three-battery circuit
3. Can the ArgoDiod/ArgoFET battery separator really charge AGM and Lead-Acid batteries at the same time? They have different input charging voltage and capacitance.
4. Due to the fact that there is a power controller and a combiner, the circuit looks like it is possible to put a house battery of different capacities, or is it completely nonsense?
5. From the ArgoDiod/ArgoFET power controller, in which MPPT connector of the solar battery charger should the wires be inserted - into LOAD or still Battery?
6. Should I connect only starter battery to engine's starter?
7. Should I somehow set up the alternator?
