Smart BMS 12/200 A-B15: Over temperature

I just installed Smart BMS 12/200 with Smart Lithium 200Ah battery. When the system is on idle I got this A-B15: Over temperature error on Victron app. BMS Red Led (2) is not lid and this error is present before RV is even started. BMS is set to 1x60A fuse and alternator is rated 185A. Cable from car battery is about 4 meters and 16mm2 thick. Battery to BMS cable is less than 1 meter long and its thickness is 50mm2. No loose connections.

Ambient temperature is 27 Celsius

Lithium Battery temperature is 30 Celsius

BMS core temperature is 24 Celsius.


Any ideas what is causing this behavior and can I see the internal temperature value somehow? Or can the temperature sensor be recalibrated?

This went to Victron for warranty repair. Let’s see if they tell the reason.
