password multiplus 3000

im on the laptop , using a interface mk3 to usb, trying 000000 for the password to get into settings for multiplus 24/3000 and it is not working, any other suggestions that i could try anybody ?

ok have that now zzz . now i need to up grade FIRMWARE from v413 to 415 or above , any suggestions
