Any issues foreseen with using a rotary switch to select Auto Transformer output voltage

I have a 3600W Automatic Isolation Transformer on my yacht. I run 12/24VDC as well as 120/230VAC. There are times I want my shore power directed to my 120V inverter and other times I'd prefer to have my shore power directed to my 230V multiplus.

I have recently installed a 6 pole rotary switch to manage power switching and jumper bridges that determine the Auto Transformer output.

The system was tested last night and performed well.

Poles 1-2 of the switch handle shore power input power (L & N) to the auto transformer.

Poles 3-4 manage the 4 jumper terminals, to select 120 or 230V output.

Poles 5-6 taken the output from the autotransformer, via a 240V 50A ELCI and direct it to either the 120V system or the 230V system.

Cables on the jumpers are oversized so I can monitor the currents they handle before reducing gauge.

Does anyone have experience with this 'hack' that might be able to flag any issues?
