Smartshunt showing PV activity before Smart MPPT Charge Controller

As depicted below, Smart MPPT showing 0 Amps while Smart Shunt shows almost 200mA. Is this to be expected?

My guess is that SmartShunt is more accurate for measuring very small currents. And even for a SmartShunt 0,2A is barely above its current threshold.
