Why does my Phoenix 1200 inverter keep turning on?

I have a Cerbo GX and Phoenix 1200 inverter.

Every so often I log into VRM and my inverter is ON, consuming energy. This is annoying. I then go into the remote console and toggle it to off. It still comes on occasionally though. Why?
