I have used a multimeter to check the AC power to the Multiplus and it is showing 123 volts. I used the tightening screws as the points of contact, so it has power. But it does not charge the batteries, or appear on the Android Application via the VE Bus with blue tooth. It will invert power to the camper from the batteries.
Is this an existing install or a new one? You can connect to the inverter with the mk3 USB adapter and check in real time the reason the AC input is not qualified.
