Hubble AM2 SOC only 77%

Hi, I have 4 x Hubble AM2 batteries connected together. They are connected to a Hubble Cloudlink. The Cloudlink is connected to a Cerbo GX. No inverter is connected, only a DC load. An MPPT 150/45 is charging the system. The battery only charges to 77% SOC.

Any ideas on what might be wrong?
