My Gx Color control reboots frequently and for sure when internet is connected

as soon as internet is connected GX reboots constantly

Is it set to automatically reboot under settings-> vrm portal?

No, it is not set to reboot when no internet, and I have installed older firmware with SD card, still the same problem

What other devices are connected to the CCGX?

All GX devices have a limit what they can handle, that limit is depending on the CPU power and the CCGX is the oldest GX device with the slowest CPU.

If the CCGX is running at that CPU limit it will "crash" and reboot.

So my guess is that the connection to the VRM portal adds the last bit of CPU load that than causes the reboots.
