VRM Portal AC Input empty since yesterday evening

Hi,

- 3x Multiplus-II 48/5000/70-50 (3-Phase / Germany)

- Color Control GX

- EM24 Grid Meter - USB connected

Since yesterday evening 22:~, no change at all from my side, VRM Portal does not show AC Input on both iOS App an Website.

On the "all installations" dashboard however I can see the values.

Looking to the stats our normal From/To Grid was alwayse +/- 50 watt or more or less.

Since yesterday evening its almost 0 all the time.

-Rebooted Color Control, no change in behavior.

-Switching in ESS Grid measure from external to the multiplus, I can see AC input again in VRM. However AC Input values are not like before almost all the time +/- 0-3 W.


MultiPlus are in a state that only showing inverter on. Charger mains on is not on anymore.

Looking to Multiplus and active AC-Input, it says interrupted. Why?

Any idea where too look, what to do?

What I also noticed, didn't the red box previously say Grid?

Looking in the system setup for AC-In 1 it correctly says Grird (Netz). Also tried to switch to not available and back, but didn't change anything.

Have you updated the em24 as well as the rest of the system?

Resolved the issue, looking to the following screen on Remote console, I have seen that ac-mode was off.ac-mode.jpg

After clicking "on" it switched it back to on, which then lead to a very short power outage to all critical loads running behind the multiplus an then the multiplus switched on to grid power and grid power correctly shing in VRM portal as well.


However I have no idea what caused this yesterday evening at about 22:18.

Is there any kind of event log which could find the reason for this?
