Hi I have a Smart Battery Protect 65A installed on the domestic battery side of a boat. All works fine, but when I select to disconnect the 'load output' using the victron app, the lights and other items attached to the load remain powered and working. In short it is not disconnecting the load (like a main switch would). What could be the issue? Many thanks!
