I've had a BMV-712 Smart for about 2 months. Now there is no display and the app will not recognize the unit anymore. The power has been checked and is working and the other connector has been removed and reinstalled on both ends. Any ideas?

There is an inline fuse on the red wire between the shunt and the battery + terminal. Is that intact?
The next think I can think of is the RJ12 connectors on the wire between the shunt and the BMV it's self. Sometimes they have lost connection and need to be crimped down to make the connection again.
Are you able to do this?
