I’m completely at a loss , I removed a Quattro 15 and installed a Quattro 10 - system is single phase with freedom won 20/16 battery , I’m using the Quattro as the Energy meter , when set to Freedom lite as controlling BMS the battery will not charge correctly via the ESS , the values on the gx device are also displayed incorrectly !
For example we have an outage in the middle of the night the system will show the battery as fully charged and Charging , there is obviously no PV or utility power but it still shows as charging
If I change the controlling BMS to the Quattro it functions correctly but the battery values are different
I’m at a loss , my system worked perfectly for 18 months , I simply changed the 15 to 10
I have tried updating all firmware , I have checked all cables etc
Any help would be appreciated
