Battery is dead after Orion charger turned off

I have a SmartShunt and a 60 AH lithium battery that is charged by an Orion 12-12/30 isolated charger and the SmartShunt shows 100% SOC but nothing else. The only items drawing current from the battery are 2 small fridges. When I tried turning off the charger to draw current out of the battery the fridges turned off and I could no longer connect to the SmartShunt. Is this a settings problem, a faulty connection, or is my battery dead?

Here are the battery settings on the SmartShunt:

The battery setting in the Orion is Factory Preset for Lothium battery and Engine Shutdown detection is disabled.otherwise it stops charging.

My next step is to check all the wiring with a voltage meter and test the battery to see if it’s dead. Any other suggestions?
