I have an EM24 which sporadically had problems with the TCP connection (every 2-4 weeks). Yesterday I read about firmware 1.8.3 which should solve the issue. I updated via UCS but UCS reported firmware update failed. Now the EM24 is running but no ethernet connection is possible.
What I tried:
- switch off from power connection
- direct 1:1 connection with PC to EM24 (dhcp off and PC in the same subnet)
nothing worked. Any idea how I can get back the EM24 (as I said on the display everything looks fine but no TCP connection possible)
