External IP (NS) protection required? New warning in VE Config - what is it?

Hello, I've just connected to a friend's old Phoenix multiplus with VEConfig and got the following warning: External IP (NS) protection required.

I connected to her inverter yesterday, but got no such warning; in the interim, I have updated to the latest version of VEConfig.

Can anyone advise what this warning means.

It does not meet the grid standard chosen without extra anti islanding protection. (Newer inverters have the double relay system)
