Multiplus 12/800 Disconnecting Grid Continuously

img-6472.jpegMultiplus 12/800 keeps flip flopping between Inverting and Absorb despite the fact the grid is stable. It's flip flopping between these states every 30 seconds or so. When the battery is bulk charging and / or when the battery has finished charging the system stabilises and doesnt lose grid at all. Any ideas?


  • Wiring is all tight and secure (good connection)
  • Tried disabling UPS mode
  • Grid Code is set to none with wide frequency band enabled and default disconnect and reconnect AC voltages
  • Grid voltage and frequency appear stable and within configured bands.

Issue was ultimately identified as being on the DC side. Resolved by reducing Absorb voltage from 14.2v to 14.0v.
