How can i connect to smart shunt

Had my smart shunt for approximately 2 years now...all of a sudden I cant connect anymore...tried changing my pin using the PUK and it wont allow me to...it comes up in the available devices list and allows me to enter pin...trying 6 zeros and no luck...bluetooth light is blinking on device...could really use some advice

Problem solved!...after many, many attempts the default pin was accepted
