Not showing DC power

We have a Multi-II 48/10000; CerboGX, lead-acid batteries, AC-Coupling, Generator at AC-IN, SmartShunt reading CC external in and out loads (Shunt set as DC Counter)

We have selected the "Has a DC System" at the CerboGX but,
at the Remote Console the DC Power Tile does not appear.
at the VRM the DC Power Tile appears bus shows no readings...

The SmartShunt appears at the VRM Advance fine, as a graph
We are running Venus OS firm 3.00
We have tried beta firm 3.10 even
We have re-booted the CerboGX, enough times already

We have enabeled the battery monitor at the Multi-II and still not working

We have disconnected the Smart-shunt from the CerboGX even, and also not showing!

Any solutions?

Have you set the energy meter type as "DC system" because this should then feed data into the DC box.

You are right! The SmartShunt was set as "DC Enegy Meter" but the "DC meter type" was not set as "DC System"!
Now the DC Power Tiles and info works propperly. Thank you very much!
