We have a Multiplus-II GX installed by someone who ist good with scaling roofs but not so much with setup details, so after a few rounds we now have a runnings Multiplus in ESS Konfiguration, but no Network access to it.
What I can do is connect directly to it via Bluetooth, using the VictronConnect App. If I go from there to network settings I can see my WiFi Network (which does not have any filtering on) and select to connect to it, but I will get an instant(!) response that the connection was not possible. Any idea why that might happen?
The already present network seems to hail from the installer (I can not actually find that SSID in the vicinity if I search for it by phone). Choosing to forget it has no effect either.
