Hi, I am receiving only zeros, when polling the Modbus data for registers 842 to 850 of com.victronenergy.system (Unit ID 100). Is this normal?
This is a small off grid solar system with Victron MPPT, and Smart Shunt. I get the correct data when I poll data registers for the MPPT or the smart shunt.
My challenge is that my modbus client software is only capable of polling a single modbus Unit ID at a time, so i can either get data from the MPPT or the smart shunt but not both.
I was hoping to work around this limitation by polling com.victronenergy.system (Unit ID 100) where I can poll registers to collect battery power and SOC as well as MPPT PV power. I can poll these registers but the data returned is zero for each register.
Any help appreciated.
